Perhaps you you feel that you understand but you are not getting the grades that you expect in a specific subject. Often times, there can be a little gap of knowledge, and we can help identify it and cover it until it is crystal clear. On other occasions, some of our students struggle with understanding what on paper looks like very abstract concepts. Thanks to our experience, we make these concepts easy to understand and to put into practice, helping you get the confidence that you need. Lastly, sometimes you don't quite get your regular teacher, feeling a little bit lost and needing some extra help to keep up with the pace of the class. That's totally ok. All our teachers are experts in their subjects, yet very approachable. We make a priority to teach from human-to-human making parents and students satisfied with our services.

All lessons are online, our team is located mainly in Prague, Czech Republic, and in Santiago, Chile.

We currently offer mathematics, chemistry, biology and Spanish. We also offer physics on demand. All our classes are available privately or given in small groups. Please, refer to the section “Classes” to check our available dates and schedule your next class.

You can schedule as many lessons as you need, as our schedule is flexible. A perfect solution if you need extra support in more than one subject.

Because what you will receive is the same knowledge and the same dedication as a face-to-face class, with the flexibility of time and space. All our group classes are taught in small groups to ensure that all our students get the maximum attention to boost their confidence and understanding of the subject of choice.

The usual is to have one or two lessons per week, that is directly related with how many hours you want to invest in learning a subject by yourself. We don't recommend one to one tutoring for more than 90 minutes in a row since it can be quite demanding and tiring. However, if you see that you need extra help and one hour is not enough, then 2 sessions per week perhaps is the answer.

All our tutors are qualified, not only in the subject that they are teaching, but also in their teaching techniques. We recommend you to check our reviews to learn more about the experience from other parents and students who have used our services in the past.

1000 czk per hour or 40 euros for a junior tutor and 1350czk per hour or 55 euros for a senior tutor. Both, senior and junior tutors are qualified and all well prepared for tutoring your kids, yet some of us have more years of experience than others. We recommend senior tutors mainly for HL students and in some special cases. We match each of our students with the most suitable teacher. In the case of private tutoring, we kindly ask all of our students to let us know if they cannot attend a scheduled class no later than 24 hours before the class starts. If you notify less than 24 hours in advance or miss a class, you will be charged 100% of the class fee. Please note that special offers (like summer camps, multipasses, etc) might have special conditions on their own. Get in touch with us to know more information.

In the case of the summer camp no, but the teacher will send you the material that was worked in the class that you missed. As for private lessons, you can rearrange a session if the teacher has availability in his/her schedule.

You can check our policy cancellation for that: If you cannot assist to one of hour paid courses or classes please send us an email to hello@icanib.com canceling the class or course and note that: In the case of a private class cancellation we will reimburse you 100% if the cancellation happens at least 24 hours before the scheduled class. In the case of a group course cancellation we will reimburse you 80% if you notify us at least 30 days before the first day of the scheduled class. In the case of a group course cancellation we will reimburse you 50% if you notify us at least a week before the date programmed for the first class of the course. In any other case there will not be a refund. In case you cannot attend a class, you can pass it to another student with no extra cost.

Yes, all sessions are divided properly for SL and HL so you can ask us in advance what classes correspond to you and we can make it work for you.

It's not recommendable, but if you are an advanced student and you put a lot of your energy in following the pace, then yes. You can also request a personalized programme for you to prepare for the 11th grade.
